As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, my greatest passion is providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout every stage of life. I believe healthcare works best when it's grounded in real connection—where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona in 2013 and have been practicing as a family nurse practitioner ever since. Before that, I worked as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit, where I learned how powerful it is to be fully present for patients and their loved ones during life's most vulnerable moments. Over the years, I've had the privilege of providing preventive care, treating acute concerns, managing chronic conditions, and performing in-office procedures for patients of all ages—from newborns to older adults. My approach is always rooted in seeing the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I believe that healing starts with active listening, kindness, and working together as a team. That's why I'm so drawn to the Direct Primary Care model. With smaller patient panels and longer, more frequent visits, DPC creates space for the kind of trust and continuity that truly makes a difference. It allows me to slow down and offer the kind of care I believe every patient deserves. Outside of work, you'll usually find me with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog. Whether we're at sports practice, riding bikes, or out for a walk, we love staying active and spending time together as a family. I'm so glad you're here, and I look forward to walking alongside you on your health journey.
