Daniel Swartz, MD

Daniel Swartz is the physician behind Forest Direct Primary Care in Forest, Virginia, known locally as Forest DPC and the first practice of its kind in the Forest and Lynchburg area. He built the practice around a deliberately small patient panel, roughly a quarter the size of a typical clinic, so that each patient gets more of his time rather than less.
