Jonathan Siu, DO, CAQSM
Jonathan Siu is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician at Forte Health Medical Clinic in Claremont.
He's spent more than a decade in private and public primary care clinics, and that time showed him the limits of insurance-based medicine for patients and physicians alike. That experience is what led him to start Forte Health, built around real doctor-patient relationships, proactive care, and a smoother overall experience.
Education is central to how he practices. Helping patients understand their own health and take an active role in it, through prevention and informed choices, is what he finds most rewarding about the work.
He stays active whenever he can, whether that means traveling, playing badminton, working out, or simply trying something new. Family time matters too, and he's often found with his wife and son.
