Karley Scoles, DO

Dr. Karley Scoles is a physician at Fortis Direct Primary Care in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She earned her medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, then completed residency training at Mayo Clinic Health System right in Eau Claire. From there she spent three years as an employed physician in Barron County before bringing her practice to Fortis.

Scoles met her husband Brett while they were undergrads at UW Parkside in Kenosha, where she played soccer and he wrestled. Brett went on to become a physical therapist. The two are now raising two children together, along with a small menagerie of adopted pets.
