Dr. Fowler practices family medicine at Fowler Medical Group in Temple. After medical school, he joined the Navy, where he completed a Family Practice Residency and later a fellowship in Sports Medicine.
That time in the Navy gave him hands-on experience treating Marines and sailors, work focused on getting them back into the field as quickly as possible. It's an approach to care built around function and recovery, not just diagnosis.
Dr. Fowler has been married to his wife, Dayspring, for 22 years, and the two of them are kept busy raising three active sons.
