Stephanie Phillips, DO
Stephanie Phillips, DO, is a board-certified family physician at Front Porch Family Medicine in Royston, certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She earned her medical degree at the Via College of Osteopathic Medicine at Virginia Tech and completed her family medicine residency with honors at AnMed Health in Anderson, South Carolina.
From 2013 to 2023 she cared for veterans in outpatient primary care at the Department of Veterans Affairs and served as medical director for two community-based clinics, in Princeton, West Virginia and Athens, Georgia. She has treated thousands of patients with GLP-1 medications and works to keep those treatments affordable. After the pandemic pushed her to look beyond traditional medicine, she trained in perineural injection therapy under Dr. John Lyftogt and earned certifications in osteopathic manipulation and auricular acupuncture.
Raised in Bluefield, West Virginia, she played intercollegiate basketball at Emmanuel College before heading into medicine.
