Minda Gold, MD

Dr. Minda Gold is a family medicine physician at Full Circle Direct Primary Care in Damariscotta. She believes that understanding a person's lifestyle, family, and community is essential to good care, since medicine was never meant to be one size fits all.

She graduated from the University of Maine in 2011 and earned her medical degree from Tufts/Maine Medical Center School of Medicine in 2015, then completed her Family Medicine Residency at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in 2018. From there she served as an attending teaching physician at Camp Pendleton, as a family medicine physician aboard the USS Essex, and later at Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor. Her clinical interests include dermatology, musculoskeletal concerns, and helping patients manage chronic conditions like irritable bowel syndrome and migraines so they can get more out of daily life.

When she's not seeing patients, Dr. Gold likes to hike with her wife and dog, spend time at camp on Moosehead Lake, sail, and brew her own beer.
