After years in traditional healthcare, she wanted to build a different kind of practice, one built on trust and time. She founded Fusella Family Medicine in early 2026 with a simple aim, to give patients care that feels personal and meaningful again.
Her approach centers on building a lasting relationship with every patient she sees. When there is time to talk openly, when patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns, and when they know their doctor is truly listening, she believes that is when the relationship really works. She wants patients to feel seen, heard, and supported, without being rushed or navigating insurance interference along the way.
