Mallori Gariner practices internal medicine at Gariner Family Health in Alamosa, bringing more than a decade of experience to her patients. She believes prevention is the best medicine, and her passion lies in helping people take charge of their health through education, lifestyle support, and evidence-based care.
She partners closely with each patient to build personalized plans aimed at long-term wellness, disease prevention, and a balanced life, with the goal of helping every person feel like they're in the driver's seat of their own health journey.
Mallori made the move from corporate healthcare to Direct Primary Care once it became clear the traditional system was putting up barriers to good care, with the pressure to generate revenue overtaking the mission of caring for people. A longtime resident of the San Luis Valley and a graduate of Alamosa High School, she has deep roots in the community she serves.
