I am a family physician, wife, mom and Air Force veteran. I have been practicing medicine since 1999 when I received my M.D. in Bethesda, Maryland at USU School of Medicine.
I enjoy the full spectrum of family medicine to include care for younger and older adults, teens, children and infants. I enjoy men's and women's health, gynecology, mental health & brain health, acute care, sports medicine, pediatrics, and office procedures.
I have special interests and experience in hormone care for women and men, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) with EXOMIND for mental wellness and brain optimization, adolescent medicine, and contraceptive procedures.
I served as a physician in the USAF for nine years, practicing outpatient, hospital, obstetric, emergency and deployment medicine during that time. I was also on the teaching faculty at Eglin AFB Family Medicine Residency and at the Uniformed Services University's School of Medicine.
In 2017, I opened my own clinic in my own community so that I could be a doctor not only for families, but also a doctor for the local community. I have been an Assistant Clinical Professor for the University of Colorado—School of Medicine since 2018.
