Tammy Frost, PA

Tammy Frost is a board certified physician assistant and the owner of GRACE Direct Primary Care in Prescott. A long-time resident of Arizona, she brings nearly 30 years of experience to her patients, built across an unusually wide range of settings.

Before settling into direct primary care, she worked in commercial real estate and administration alongside her clinical practice, which has spanned concierge medicine, functional and integrative medicine, rural family and internal medicine, rehabilitation, nursing home care, and home health. She has also worked in urgent care, emergency care, interventional pain management, and neurology, giving her a broad view of how patients move through the healthcare system and what tends to fall through the cracks.

That range shapes how she practices now, with an emphasis on compassionate, attentive care shaped by decades spent in nearly every corner of medicine.
