Jessica Poveda, FNP, CDE, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Grace Family Medicine Direct Primary Care of Wellington in Wellington, Florida. She completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing at the University of Florida in Gainesville. After training and practicing in the areas of critical care, primary care, and pediatric oncology, Jessica became passionate about caring for patients with diabetes and went on to become a certified diabetes educator. With a deep desire to help her community with health and wellness benefits, she decided to continue her education at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and completed a degree in Family Nurse Practitioner.
