She is a Primary Care Physician and Minor Surgeon who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. Dr. Serrano earned her medical degree in Guadalajara, Mexico, in 2006 and completed her medical training at Manatí Medical Center.
