Christa Springston, MD

Dr. Christa Springston is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician at HealthSprings Direct in Peachtree City. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2006, after graduating magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a degree in biology. She trained during residency at Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Delaware and SSM St. Mary's Health System in St. Louis, Missouri.

As a military spouse, she has practiced in a wide range of settings over the years. She has worked as a hospitalist, intensivist, occupational medicine provider, urgent care physician, and primary outpatient internal medicine provider before deciding to offer patients care outside the conventional system. She is certified to perform Class 1, 2 and 3 FAA exams and maintains her certification through the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Springston also volunteers as medical director for The Healing Bridge Clinic and serves as medical director for both Peachtree City Fire and EMS and Fayette County Fire and EMS.
