Jason Hoke, MD

Dr. Jason Hoke is the physician behind Hoke Direct Primary Care in Oxford. He began practicing in Oxford in 2001, when he and two partners founded Indian Creek Family Health Center, which grew over the next decade from three providers to eleven across four offices before joining Kettering Health Network in 2014.

After several years inside that larger network, Hoke felt a pull back toward running an independent practice where the patient's needs could always come first. He has long been committed to delivering thorough, affordable care, and Hoke Direct Primary Care gives him the chance to practice medicine that way.

Jason and his wife Jennifer have been married more than 20 years and have homeschooled their six children together. Their two oldest boys play football and the youngest is a standout on the soccer field, while their three daughters keep busy with dance, gymnastics and horse riding. The family stays active in their church choir in Camden, Ohio, and spends free time outdoors, cooking together, watching movies, or cheering on the Bengals. They're proud to call Oxford home.
