Laura Lindner, MD

Dr. Laura Lindner is a pediatrician at Homegrown Pediatrics in San Antonio, Texas. Raised in Boerne, she studied zoology at Texas A&M before earning her medical degree and completing residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. A love for children and a passion for teaching parents drew her to the specialty.

She worked at a private practice from 2009 until she opened Homegrown Pediatrics in 2022. Raising children with their own range of personalities keeps her attuned to how different each patient's needs can be, and she takes the time to hear out every family's perspective. She favors as little medicine as possible, reaching for warm tea and chicken soup over prescriptions for colds, and enjoys guiding parents through feeding, potty training, and tantrums while watching babies grow into young adults.

Laura and her family settled in Alamo Heights, where she's active at Alamo Heights Presbyterian Church, serving on the Session and chairing the Day School Committee. Mountain trips and the Texas coast are where she recharges.
