Trevin Cardon, DO
As a Fort Collins native, Dr. Cardon is living his dream of returning to his hometown. After graduating from Poudre High School, Dr. Cardon received a bachelor's degree in Spanish Translation from Brigham Young University in 2012, followed by a degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona in 2018.
During his time in medical school, Dr. Cardon also completed a one-year student fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. Dr. Cardon completed his residency in Fort Collins at Poudre Valley Hospital in Family Medicine in June 2021, where he served as chief resident during his last year of residency.
Through his time in medical school and residency, Dr. Cardon saw patient care compromised due to obstacles in the healthcare system, fueling his passion for direct primary care. He is also devoted to lifestyle medicine and the use of osteopathic manipulative medicine in patient care.
Dr. Cardon and his wife Allison, also a Fort Collins native, were married in 2009 and have three kids. They are thrilled to be back in Fort Collins.
