Lauren Mitchell, DO
Dr. Lauren Mitchell is a board-certified family medicine physician at Honest Family Medicine in Saint Peters. Mitchell attended medical school at A.T. Still University and completed residency with the U.S. Air Force at Travis Air Force Base in California.
After returning to Missouri in 2020, Mitchell worked in urgent care and had the chance to help many people in the community. That work made clear how much was missing from primary care's close doctor-patient relationships, and how frustrating and impersonal traditional healthcare had become for both patients and doctors. That realization led to founding Honest Family Medicine, built around care that is personal, transparent, and focused entirely on the patient.
A St. Charles native, Mitchell believes in putting people first and rebuilding the connection between doctor and patient.
