Andrew Hyatt, DO

Andrew Hyatt, D.O., is a board-certified family medicine physician at Hyatt Clinic in Cape Girardeau, also certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. He earned his D.O. from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003, after a B.A. in Zoology from Southern Utah University, and has spent the past 18 years practicing emergency medicine.

A retired Air Force Colonel, Hyatt brings a disciplined, service-minded background to his patients. His training was recognized early with the Intern of the Year award and later with the Robert J. Cotter, D.O., FACOS, Award.

Flying has been a lifelong pursuit alongside medicine. He holds the designation of Aviation Medical Examiner and an array of FAA certifications, including Certified Flight Instructor, Certified Instrument Flight Instructor and Commercial Pilot. He has been married to Clarice since 1996, and the two have raised two children together.
