Dr. Teska originally trained as a classical percussionist and chemical engineer at the University of Colorado at Boulder before earning his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Colorado's Anschutz Medical campus and completing his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at Rocky Vista University in Parker, Colorado.
He completed his residency training at St. Joseph Hospital (SCL Health, now Intermountain) in Denver in full spectrum family medicine, meaning he delivered babies, cared for critically ill patients in the ICU (during the peak of COVID-19), provided emergency care in the ED as well as caring for patients from all walks of life in various outpatient clinics.
He went on to work in both outpatient primary care clinics and also continued work as a hospitalist before founding InnoVie Family Medicine.
