Insight Life Care was founded by Chris Nussbaum, MD, FHM in 2013 after 25 years of practicing internal medicine in different environments.

With a passion for people and a realization that the current healthcare system is not set up with patients in mind, Dr. Nussbaum committed to creating a practice which brings old school, one-on-one physician-patient relationships back to modern medicine and removes the pain points of traditional primary care.
