Hello Everyone! I'm Dakotah Asher, founder and Physician Assistant at Integrity Medical, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic in Knoxville. My journey in healthcare started when I earned my Bachelor's in Health Science with a concentration in Radiology in 2009 and completed my Master's in Physician Assistant Studies in 2017, both from South College of Knoxville.My passion lies in primary care, where I've seen firsthand how insurance-based models can limit the quality and depth of care patients receive. Short visit times and strict regulations often left my patients feeling unheard and underserved—and left me frustrated as their provider that I wasn't able to do more. Many couldn't afford multiple visits or had lost coverage entirely, making consistent care difficult and costly.I founded Integrity Medical to change that. By operating under the DPC model and not billing insurance, I can offer longer visits, personalized care, transparent pricing, and meaningful relationships with my patients—all without the red tape.
