Dakotah Asher, PA-C

Dakotah Asher is a physician assistant and the founder of Integrity Medical, a direct primary care practice in Knoxville. Asher earned a bachelor's degree in health science with a concentration in radiology in 2009, then went on to complete a master's in physician assistant studies in 2017, both from South College of Knoxville.

Working in primary care, Asher grew frustrated watching insurance-based models limit the depth of care patients could receive. Short visit times and strict regulations often left patients feeling unheard, and many couldn't afford repeat visits or had lost coverage altogether, making consistent care hard to come by. Founding Integrity Medical was a direct response to that. By stepping outside the insurance system, Asher is able to offer longer visits, personalized care, and transparent pricing, building the kind of lasting relationship with patients that a trusted primary care provider is meant to offer, without the usual red tape.
