Adelola Ashaye, MD

Dr. Adelola Ashaye is a family medicine physician and founder of InTouch Primary Care in Sugar Land. Her interest in medicine took root in high school, when she first observed the relationship between a patient and a doctor. She went on to earn a B.S. in Cognitive Science and Biopsychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, then graduated from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. She completed her residency in 2010 at MacNeal Family Medicine Residency.

Family medicine was a natural fit for her, since it let her build real relationships with patients and focus on treating them holistically rather than one symptom at a time. Over the years she has practiced in several different settings, giving her a broader view of how health care actually gets delivered.

That range of experience is what led her to launch InTouch Primary Care, built around a simple goal, genuinely meeting her patients' health care needs.
