Aimee Baird

Aimee Baird is a family medicine physician at Iris Integrative Health in Waimea and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, a distinction earned for her teaching and leadership in the specialty.

Baird earned her bachelor's in biology and her medical degree through the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine's combined six-year program, graduating in 1996, and completed her family medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center-Shadyside Hospital in 1999. She then returned to her hometown of Kansas City, where she built a practice centered on whole-person care, treating patients across every stage of life through pediatrics, gynecology, adult medicine, and office-based procedures.

For 23 years she also provided prenatal and obstetrical care, delivering nearly 1,000 babies, an experience she still counts among the greatest joys of her career, though she no longer practices obstetrics. She joined Iris Integrative Health in 2024, continuing her focus on individualized care, prevention, and wellness.
