Jan Hester, MD

Dr. Jan Hester is a family medicine physician at Jan Hester MD PC in Fort Collins, Colorado. A Colorado native, she earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Denver and her medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, completing her Family Practice Residency there as well.

After training, she spent four years on active duty with the Air Force and separated from the service as a major. She then practiced with a family practice group in Davis, California for four and a half years before returning to Colorado in 2004 with her three children, when she opened her solo practice in Fort Collins. She has come to treasure the long-term relationships that grow between her and her patients over the years.

Hot yoga is one of her favorite ways to unwind, and she makes time for reading, traveling and being with family and close friends.
