John Furlow, MD

A lifelong Arkansan, Dr. Furlow grew up in Conway watching his father, the town's first internal medicine physician, build genuine relationships with his patients. That model shaped his own approach as a physician at John Furlow, MD in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

He earned a chemical engineering degree from the University of Arkansas before going on to medical school at UAMS in Little Rock. He has practiced medicine in Fayetteville since June 2000, and late in 2013 he opened his own direct primary care practice there, now serving patients across Northwest Arkansas and beyond. Wanting the same personal connection his father had with patients was a major reason he chose this path.
