Carolyn Le, CRNP

Carolyn Le, D.N.P., C.R.N.P., is an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Direct Primary Care in Columbia. Her clinic has consistently posted some of the highest patient satisfaction and quality scores across Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Le earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2011, then went on to graduate summa cum laude with her doctorate in nursing practice from Rush University in 2016. Her doctoral project, on improving stroke symptom knowledge and intent to call 911 in older adults, was presented at the 2016 Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association National Conference. She also holds a joint faculty appointment at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, where she coordinates and teaches clinical practicum courses in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program and has mentored numerous nursing and nurse practitioner students throughout her career.

She also finds time for singing and playing piano, working through puzzles, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
