Nikki Myhre, DO

Dr. Nikki Myhre is an osteopathic physician and the founder of Koru Health in Port Angeles. She believes the doctor-patient relationship is essential to good care, and that belief has shaped her entire career.

She earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 2010 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, then completed her family medicine residency in Casper, Wyoming through the University of Wyoming's program in 2013. From there she moved to Port Angeles and practiced with Olympic Medical Center for the next several years. During that stretch, she and her family spent a year living in New Zealand, where she worked in a rural clinic.

She opened Koru Health in August 2020, drawn to the direct primary care model because it lets her spend more time with each patient and offer more personalized care.
