Dr. Melissa Chan, M.D., is a double board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), and an expert in adult and pediatric ADHD evaluation and treatment.
She provides physician-led Direct Primary Care in Salt Lake City, Utah, specializing in menopause and perimenopause care, ADHD across the lifespan, hormone therapy, and metabolic health.
