Marissa Esquivel, MD

Dr. Marissa Esquivel is a family medicine physician at Magnolia Grove Direct Primary Care in Midlothian.

She graduated summa cum laude from the College of William and Mary before earning her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2013. Her family practice residency training took her to Blackstone Family Practice Residency, where she later served as Residency Site Director for seven years, teaching medical students and residents the ins and outs of rural family medicine.

A native of Chesterfield, Virginia, she has spent much of her career working with the Hispanic community, both in Virginia and abroad, and she is fluent in Spanish.
