Olga Aleksandrova, MD

Dr. Olga Aleksandrova is an internal medicine physician and integrative primary care doctor at Maho Health in Orlando, blending traditional and alternative approaches to primary care. She trained through research at the Leukemia Research Laboratory at Columbia University's Institute for Cancer Genetics and the pathology department at NYU School of Medicine. She then completed her internal medicine residency at Staten Island University Hospital, an affiliate of the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra and Northwell. Before Orlando, she worked as an internist across private practices, hospitals, and nursing homes in New York City.

Her background includes real crisis experience. During Hurricane Irma, she directed a makeshift medical intensive care unit at the American University of the Caribbean, treating more than 150 people. She has since presented grand rounds on disaster medicine. That same instinct shows up in her practice today, where she takes a whole-body approach to systemic health problems and works to clear away the insurance obstacles that get between patients and care.
