Jennifer Herrera is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the medical field.
She began her healthcare career working in neurology, cardiovascular intensive care, and the emergency department. These high-acuity environments shaped her into a confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate clinician.
Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and became nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She has worked in both urgent care and primary care settings, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. She is known for her friendly, outgoing nature and ability to build meaningful connections with patients.
Her clinical interests include preventative health, chronic disease management, and lifestyle medicine. She believes in empowering patients through education.
Outside of the clinic, Jennifer is the proud mother of two adult children and recently rescued an Aussie mix puppy. She loves traveling, discovering great restaurants, and surrounding herself with people.
