Mandy Trevino, MD, MPH
Dr. Mandy Trevino is a board-certified family physician and founder of Mandy Trevino MD, PLLC Direct Primary Care in Commerce Township, Michigan.
She earned her M.D. from Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine and holds a Master of Public Health in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Tennessee. With more than a decade in family medicine, she has built her practice around lasting relationships with patients, with an emphasis on prevention, trust, and whole-person wellness. Before opening her own practice in 2024, she worked as a physician with Ascension Medical Group Genesys, a Patient Centered Medical Home.
Michigan is home for Dr. Trevino, who was born and raised in the state and is the first in her family to attend college or become a physician. She traces that path back to childhood, when the pediatrician who cared for her from infancy through early adulthood became the reason she wanted to practice medicine herself.
