Mandy Trevino, MD, MPH
Dr. Mandy Trevino is a board-certified family physician and the founder of Mandy Trevino MD, PLLC – a Direct Primary Care practice committed to providing personalized, compassionate, and accessible healthcare to individuals and families in Commerce Township, Michigan and the surrounding areas.
With over a decade of experience in family medicine, Dr. Trevino believes in building lasting relationships with her patients and delivering care that emphasizes prevention, trust, and whole-person wellness.
Prior to launching her own practice in 2024, she served as a physician with Ascension Medical Group Genesys, and was designated as a Patient Centered Medical Home.
Dr. Trevino's journey is deeply rooted in both service and scholarship. She was born and raised in Michigan and is the first in her family to go to college and also to become a Physician. Since early childhood she wanted to become a physician after looking up to her wonderful pediatrician that cared for her from infancy to early adulthood.
Dr. Trevino earned her M.D. from Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine and holds a Master of Public Health in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Tennessee.
