Sarah Marino, MD

Dr. Sarah Marino leads Marino Medica, a direct primary care practice in Dripping Springs, which she opened in 2022. She grew up in the Shreveport and Bossier City area of Louisiana and earned degrees in biology and finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, working briefly in corporate IT and healthcare-related jobs before turning to medicine.

She attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed her internal medicine residency at Dell Medical School at UT Austin. Since then she has worked in both hospital and clinic settings, managing perioperative care to get patients ready for elective surgery and serving as a hospitalist. She was board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2019 and continues to participate in maintenance of certification. She also works as a physician collaborator with NuroCoach, an integrative mental health company, and volunteers as a consulting doctor for the Abortion Pill Reversal Network.

Her Christian faith guides how she approaches both life and medicine. She and her husband Trent have three children.
