Michele Frese, NP, is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care across the lifespan. A native of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Michele pursued her passion for health care early, earning her nursing degree from Marquette University, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical practice and patient advocacy. She began her career as a cardiac nurse, where she provided compassionate, critical care to individuals with complex cardiovascular conditions. Michele's hands-on experience in acute care deepened her clinical expertise and inspired her to broaden her scope of practice. Michele advanced her career by earning her Family Nurse Practitioner license through Concordia University, WI where she focused on comprehensive primary care, health promotion, and disease prevention. Her academic training and clinical experience equip her to care for patients of all ages and stages with confidence and compassion. Her clinical interests include: Orthopedics — supporting musculoskeletal health and injury recovery, Dermatology — diagnosing and managing common skin concerns, and Disease Prevention & Wellness — empowering patients through education, lifestyle strategies, and evidence-based care. Michele is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients. She believes that lasting health outcomes begin with listening deeply, understanding individual needs, and creating collaborative care plans that reflect each patient's goals and lifestyle. Outside of practice, Michele lives in southern Wisconsin with her husband, children, and their two dogs. She is thrilled to be serving her community in a clinical setting that values connection, continuity, and personalized care.
