Dr. Beltran is a physician shaped by science, culture, advocacy, and lived experience. Her path into medicine was shaped by resilience, service, and a commitment to caring for people whose stories are often more complex than a brief appointment can hold. She brings together training in medicine, public health, psychiatry, and integrative / functional approaches to mental health. Her clinical lens considers the nervous system, medications, sleep, stress, hormones, relationships, culture, identity, and the realities of daily life. Training includes UC Berkeley, UC Irvine School of Medicine, UC Irvine PRIME-LC, MD/MPH, Loma Linda University Psychiatry, and UC Irvine Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute Fellowship.
