LuAnne Sperando

Dr. LuAnne Sperando is a pediatrician at Milestone Pediatrics in Monument. She earned her Bachelor of Science at New Mexico State University, went on to the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine for her medical degree, and completed her pediatric residency at the University of New Mexico.

As the daughter of educators, she was drawn early to working with families and helping children thrive. That early exposure shaped the practice she has built at Milestone Pediatrics, where she focuses on personal care, accessibility, and the kind of convenience busy families actually need. She values spending real time with patients, getting to know families, and standing alongside parents through both illness and the everyday work of raising healthy, happy kids.

She moved to the foothills of Colorado Springs in 2008 to be closer to family and to the outdoors the region offers. Mountain biking, camping, and skiing are regular pursuits, and she especially enjoys finding new adventures with her two teenage children.
