Dr. Grace Totoe, MD

Dr. Grace Totoe is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician who serves as the medical director of Minneapolis Health Clinic and is the visionary behind the nonprofit Totoe Health Equity Project. Her mission is to promote health equity among minority communities, with a special focus on African immigrants. She completed her training in internal medicine at the Yale University Internal Medicine Primary Care Program at St. Mary's Hospital in CT and pursued a fellowship in transfusion medicine at the University of Minnesota. She holds business certifications from Harvard Business Online School in health strategy and public leadership and is completing courses in racial disparities in health care and health economics. Dr. Totoe is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and has been appointed to the board of physicians with The American Health Council. She is licensed in WI, IA, MN, and KS. In addition to her proficiency in English, Dr. Totoe speaks Twi and French, allowing her to connect with patients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
