Alicia Bame, FNP

Alicia Bame is a Family Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of Motivity Health in Monticello. She started the practice because she believes patients should be able to drive their own healthcare experience, offering a change from the insurance-driven model most people know.

What she enjoys most about the work is meeting people from all walks of life and shaping their care around who they are, rather than fitting them into a standard plan. She also values the team around her for the way it keeps growing direct primary care. Her goal is a transparent, personalized, low cost healthcare experience for the community she serves.

Alicia is a wife to her husband Jason and mother of four. Between traveling with the family, tending their hobby farm, and coaching her kids' hockey teams, she stays busy, and she also volunteers with the Bame Foundation. Learning new things and growing as a leader are always on her mind.
