Hayley Miller, MD

Hayley Miller, MD, practices internal medicine and endocrinology at Mountain States Diabetes in Missoula. She grew up in Wyoming and studied nutrition and food sciences at the University of Wyoming before heading north to the University of Washington School of Medicine for her medical degree. Her training then carried her through internal medicine and endocrinology programs in Wisconsin and Utah.

Diabetes care sits at the heart of her work, with a particular focus on insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring alongside weight management and a broader interest in healthcare innovation. For her, that focus is personal as much as professional. She was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 10, and that experience continues to inform how she works with patients managing the same condition.
