Jeremy Smith, MD

Dr. Jeremy Smith sees patients at MyMD Select Jacksonville in Jacksonville. He has worked in healthcare for more than 16 years, building a career that has taken him through several stages of training in Texas.

He earned his bachelor's degree at Midwestern State University before heading to the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston for medical school. Residency followed at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, and after finishing his training he began practicing medicine in Nacogdoches. That path gave him a solid grounding before he moved into direct primary care, where he now cares for patients in Jacksonville.
