Jeremy Smith

Dr. Jeremy Smith practices at MyMD Select in Nacogdoches, Texas, bringing more than 16 years of experience in healthcare to his patients.

He earned his bachelor's degree at Midwestern State University before going on to medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. His residency took him to The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, and from there he settled into practice in Nacogdoches, where he has remained ever since.

That long stretch in one community has given Dr. Smith a steady, familiar presence in local healthcare, built on years of hands-on medical training across three Texas institutions.
