Bianca Carroll, NP

Bianca Carroll is a board-certified nurse practitioner at NEWGEN DPC in Sanford. She grew up in Cookeville, Tennessee, and played collegiate volleyball, an experience that helped shape her lasting passion for helping people both physically and mentally.

As a mental health advocate, Bianca believes true wellness includes both mind and body, and she takes a lifestyle-driven approach to primary care that puts patients in charge of their own health. She often builds medical weight loss strategies into care plans to help boost confidence and mental wellness, and lately she has found a new interest in medical aesthetics, especially skincare and dermatology, drawn to the connection between how people feel and how they look.

Wanting a more personalized kind of healthcare, she opened her own non-traditional primary care clinic built around individualized treatment rather than a one-size-fits-all model. She is a dedicated wife, bonus mom, and entrepreneur, and her approach to medicine stays rooted in family values and a belief in the importance of time and efficiency.
