Dr. John Chappo is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience caring for patients across Indiana. While clinical expertise shaped his foundation, it's the quiet, human moments that have always mattered most—when there's time to truly listen, build trust, and walk alongside someone in their health journey.

A proud Hoosier, Dr. Chappo studied biochemistry at Indiana University before earning his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and completing residency at the IU School of Medicine.

After years spent navigating a healthcare system that often felt rushed and impersonal, he launched Next Level Direct Care to create something better: a concierge-style virtual practice where the patient isn't an afterthought—they're the priority.
