Jay Moore, MD

Dr. John T. Moore, who goes by Jay, is a primary care physician at Nexus Primary Care in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned his MD and completed a double residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Missouri, then spent years as a community-based primary care physician in the greater St. Louis area.

Beyond direct patient care, Jay has held a range of healthcare leadership roles. He has served as a hospital administrator, an executive at a large national health insurance company, chief clinical officer for a healthcare finance startup, and medical director for Walmart Health.

Jay lives in St. Louis with his wife and dog, and keeps a growing collection of science fiction books and hobby board games. He is also the organizer behind Geekway to the West, a board game convention held in St. Louis.
