Allison Baynard, FNP-BC

Allison Baynard is a family nurse practitioner at Nightingale Health DPC in Easton. She has served her community for more than a decade, earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University in 2008.

Most of her career was spent with Choptank Community Health System in Cambridge. That experience left her dedicated to bringing personal, affordable, and accessible primary care back to patients, which is what drew her to the Direct Primary Care model at Nightingale Health.

Raised in Trappe, Baynard has deep roots in the area she now serves, and that local connection shapes the way she practices medicine.
