Jenna Silakoski, DO

Dr. Jenna Silakoski is a physician at North Idaho Direct Primary Care in Hayden, a practice she envisioned as an oasis of health in the Inland Northwest.

A military veteran, she experienced healthcare from multiple angles during her service, and that experience convinced her there had to be a better way of practicing medicine. She wanted a place where doctors could give patients real attention and follow-through, and where patients would feel known and heard instead of rushed through an appointment or processed like a number.

Her vision brings together traditional medicine with functional medicine, nutritional medicine, longevity medicine, mental health care, and advanced restorative therapies. She is also a wife and mother, and that perspective shapes the care she offers every patient she sees.
