Dr. Erin Oakley is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been caring for patients since 2016.
Passion for medicine started early—grew up with her dad, an osteopathic family physician, and spent childhood tagging along on hospital rounds, office visits, and home visits. These experiences shaped her view of medicine as a relationship rooted in trust, connection, and care.
Drawn to family medicine for the continuity—the opportunity to care for people through all stages of life and partner with them through challenges and milestones.
As an osteopathic physician, deeply committed to treating the whole person, not just symptoms. Believes in the body's natural ability to heal and understanding the structure and function of the body as a connected whole.
Founded Oakley Pine to reconnect with the heart of medicine after working in a traditional fee-for-service clinic where appointments were rushed. Direct Primary Care model realigns healthcare with what matters most: time, trust, and access.
Originally from a small town in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York. Loves family, fresh air, and pickleball.
