Brandy Galloway, DNP, FNP-C, RN

Brandy Galloway is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Our Town Primary Care in Ayden. She earned her doctorate in nursing practice from East Carolina University and has worked in primary care clinics ever since.

Before stepping into that role, she spent time as a registered nurse in the emergency department, and that background still shapes how she sees patients today. She has come to value the relationships she builds with patients and their families, often getting to know them over years rather than single visits. Having seen firsthand how confusing and overwhelming the healthcare system can be, she works to run a clinic where patients get care that is both affordable and genuinely good.
