Shane Grindle, NP

Shane Grindle is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and the founder of Palm Health, a premier wellness center serving the Jacksonville community. With specialized certification in Obesity Medicine and extensive experience in both military and civilian healthcare settings, Shane brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and compassionate care to his patients.

Shane's philosophy of serving others started as an enlisted member of the United States Navy serving aboard the USS John C. Stennis. His healthcare journey and commitment to serving includes distinguished service as a military nurse practitioner during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, where he provided internal medicine care to service members and their families.

His exceptional clinical experience includes working with the heart transplant team at the prestigious Mayo Clinic, where he participated in managing some of medicine's most complex cases. This experience reinforced his belief that optimal healthcare requires both advanced medical knowledge and individualized attention. Cardiac and preventative care are cornerstones of Shane's practice here at Palm Health.
